We are within easy level walking distance of the Heights of Abraham cable car, Gullivers Kingdom theme park, Temple Mine and the Peak District Mining Museum, the Illuminations and all other attractions of this unique former spa village. We are well served by trains and buses with the railway station just 2 minutes’ walk away. At one time a school for gentle young ladies, Fountain Villa is a classic Georgian house which retains much of its original elegance and charm with its antique furniture and period decor. In fact, it is so brimming over with pictures, ornaments and curios that many of our guests describe it as an ‘Aladdin’s Cave’.
